What information TrackTele handles, why we need it, and who sees it.
Who we are
TrackTele builds and runs special landing pages for Telegram channels that advertise on Meta. Our clients are the channel owners. You can reach us on Telegram at @TheAlexExpert, or message a founder directly: @TheAlexExpert or @trackteleceo.
Each landing page belongs to the client who runs it. TrackTele only provides the technology: the client, not TrackTele, is responsible for what their page says and offers and for their Telegram channel.
When you visit a landing page we run
To count real joins and report them to Meta, the page records: your IP address and the rough location it points to (country, state, city), your browser and device type, the Meta ad details in the link you tapped, and the Meta pixel's own cookies. If you ask to join the channel, it also records your Telegram user ID.
We use this to tell real people apart from bots and repeat joins, and to show the channel owner which ad brought each member.
Who we share it with
Meta, through its pixel and Conversions API, so the channel owner's ads can be measured. The channel owner, who sees the results in their dashboard. Nobody else, except when the law requires it (see “Requests from authorities” below). We never sell personal information.
When you work with us
We keep what we need to run your pages: your name, your Telegram contact, your channel details, your Meta pixel and access details, your domain, your dashboard login and your payment records. We use it only to run your service and to talk to you.
This website
tracktele.com does not use advertising cookies, and it does not store anything about you in your browser.
How long we keep it
As long as a client's plan is active, and after that only as long as we need it or the law requires. Then we delete it.
Requests from authorities
We share a client's details with the police, a court or another authority only when we receive a valid, written legal request. We check that every request is genuine before acting on it.
We share only what the request asks for, and only about the client or page it names. We never hand over our client list or other clients' details because of a request about one client.
Unless the law or the request forbids it, we tell the client that their details were requested.
Your choices
Message us on Telegram to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. For how Meta uses ad data, see Meta's own privacy settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
