Terms of service
The rules for using TrackTele. By ordering a landing page, you agree to them. In short: we provide the technology; your channel, your content and your business are yours alone.
What TrackTele is
TrackTele is an independent technology service. We build and host landing pages, connect them to Meta tracking, block fake and repeat joins, and give you a dashboard. That is all we do.
We are not a partner, agent, employee or representative of any client. We do not own, run, manage or promote any client's Telegram channel, business, products, offers or services, and we take no part in any deal between a client and their members or customers.
What we provide
For each landing page: the page itself, built for you; tracking of every join to Meta; blocking of fake and repeat joins; a live dashboard; a premium domain from us; changes on request; support on Telegram; and an advanced welcome bot, free while your plan is active.
Plans and payment
Plans are per landing page, for 1 month (28 days), 2 months or 3 months, paid in advance in USDT. Your plan starts when your page goes live. Prices and offers are as shown on this website at the time you pay.
Your page, your responsibility
Everything on your landing page and in your channel comes from you: the words, images, offers, claims, links and the channel the page leads to. Even when we design or edit the page for you, we do it on your instructions and with your content.
You alone are responsible for that content, for your channel, your ads, and everything you offer or promise to your members. TrackTele does not check, approve or endorse it, and a page being hosted by TrackTele does not mean we support or vouch for the client or what they offer.
You must follow the law where you and your audience are, and the rules of Meta and Telegram.
We don't review your business
We provide the same technology to every client, whatever their channel is about. We do not review, monitor or judge a client's business, channel, offers or members, and we are not involved in them.
Making sure your business, your offers and your ads are legal where you and your audience are is entirely your responsibility. You agree not to use your page for anything that breaks the law.
Official requests
If a court, the police or another authority officially orders us to, we may suspend or remove a page and share the details we hold. A page removed this way is not refunded.
Your details
You give us correct details when you order: your name, Telegram account, contact details, channel link and payment record. We keep them for as long as the law requires, and we share them with the police, a court or another authority if the law requires us to.
Claims caused by your content
If anyone makes a claim against TrackTele because of your page, your channel, your ads or your business, you are responsible for it and you will cover the costs it causes us.
Changes to your page
Any reasonable change, as many times as you like. We can say no to a change that breaks these terms.
Your domain
We give you a premium domain from us. It stays ours, and you can ask to change it at any time. Your own domain can't be used.
Results
We make sure Meta gets accurate data about real joins. Meta decides how your ads are delivered and what they cost, so we can't promise a set cost or number of members.
When a plan ends
If a plan isn't renewed, the page, the tracking and the welcome bot stop. You can renew at any time on Telegram.
Our responsibility
We work to keep your page running all the time, and if something goes wrong on our side, we fix it as fast as we can. We are not responsible for a client's content, channel, business or dealings with their members. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the current plan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
